B.RICH – AIN’T HERE TO PARTY EP [POS009] OUT NOW!

Palms Out Sounds is very pleased to announce our ninth release, an EP from east-coast heavy bass bomber, B. Rich (aka Barrett Richards). B. Rich aptly churns out two original tracks –”Can’t Take What I Got” & “Ain’t Here to Party” (featuring Whiskey Pete on vox)– both dancefloor beefcakes, full of big thick basslines, wobble flourishes, and breaksy, swinging drumkits.

UK bass maestros, HeavyFeet, deliver a big wobbly house remix of “Can’t Take What I Got” while myspace style icon SLUTTT gives us an evil electro version full of drudging synths and maniacal laughter. Breakdown‘s remix of “Ain’t Here to Party” is an epic electro adventure, while AC Slater‘s version is full of tribal rhythm and gritty distorted bass.

B.Rich is already seeing support from DJs across the world. A close contemporary and friend of AC Slater, B. Rich did a mix of AC’s monster of a hit “Jack Got Jacked” which was a released on Palms Out in November of 2008 and remains a beatport best-seller. He has also recently completed remixes for the likes of Rico Tubbs, Designer Drugs, Jaimie Fanatic, & Raffertie, among many others.

With this EP, B. Rich starts his voyage to take over 2009!

Enjoy two tracks from the EP, the title track, a monster of a dancefloor tool, featuring Whiskey Pete, as well as the SLUTTT remix of “Can’t Take What I Got”
