Blänk – You’ve Never Been to Sápmi

Here at Palms Out, a few of us have a soft spot for twinkly pop melodies, and girly vocalists. Thats why about a year ago, I was psyched to discover Blänk, a group from northern Sweden who make unabashedly poppy music, with a lemon squeeze of hiphop, and a peppering of italo disco. Not only did I happily post their music up here on the blog, but I also remixed their first two singles, “Shirt off” & “I’m going for your brother” — now after a lot of long nights in the studio, Blänk is ready to present you with their debut album, You’ve Never Been to Sápmi. And while it is available in stores in Sweden, we are happy to give you the whole thing free of charge!

I was very impressed with the quality of their singles. So I have high hopes for the album in question. :)
