Next up in our Summer music drive is a name that has been catching eyes and ears around the world for the past few months whilst spearheading the “filter-nu-house-diso-french-revivalist” movement. Take a look at the tracklist before you listen, and you know it’s going to be something special – this mix has got more classics than the British Library and more funk than a gallon of James Brown’s manjuice. I’ve had a listen on a gloomy Thursday night whilst watching sixteen nobodies grasp hopelessly at fame and yet it felt like I was in Rio. In 1999.
