Sounds of Summer 08 – HIGH RANKIN!!
First up i’d like to say thanks to all of those who were nice about Sounds of Summer 07; we’re glad you enjoyed it! But if there’s one thing we DON’T like doing with this project, it’s resting on our laurels….today we’re bringing you the next installment of our incredibly well recieved project with a a mix unlike any other that we’ve posted so far. We’ve had garage interpretations of summer, funk interpretations; and now we bring you a mix which came with the tagline “Songs that I’m liking at the moment”…and strangely enough it works! Here’s a chance to get a short, sharp glimpse inside the head of the chap responsible for the best / strangest vocals heard on a track for a while, in the guise of the smooth tongued Clarence Baskerville – Brighton’s own HIGH RANKIN! dear mr. rankin,
what the fuck is this shit. i wanted a dubstep mix, not 30 minutes of dick wagging. i've listened to the whole fucking mix expecting some tunes and all i get is a bunch of old sampled bullshit. you're clearly still sticking to the whole "OMG I'M SO INSANE" schtick, and while that kind of worked for your first EP, it's so fucking old it's not even funny. The whole insanity thing was old when Nu-Metal used it in the 90's, it was old when thrash used it in the 80's, and it was old when shock-rock used it in the 70's. Why don't you cut the pseudo-artsy bullshit and upload a real mix? Cus this mix is absoloute bullshit, and you know it. You're not clever, you're a semi-talented producer who's made it big by coat-tailing off bigger acts.

and fuck you to mr anonymous for being a close minded pussy whiner! when you put curse words in your comment, it gets put up for approval, and we take while to approve shit. this project is called sounds of SUMMER. i dunno about the rest of you, but all dubstep allthetime is not my ideal music for a sunny day on the beach. hugs- palms out.
