The House of Stank DJs are joining our own DJs Nita, Michael Magnan, and The Palms Out Crew. Word is Erickatoure Aviance had so much fun as a guest host she’s come back to do it again. We like to keep it simple; NO COVER and a late start that takes you straight to the point: DANCE. We’re here to move YOU. And “you” does refer to EVERYONE. NYC DJs Christy Love and W. Jeremy, collectively known as House of Stank, have been producing lewd slapping jack house for over three years.

House of Stank forged a partnership with the legendary DJ Pierre in 2006 and released their first two tracks on his label, Afro Acid Digital. “Baby Brain” and “4 Tha Freaks” featured remixes by DJ Pierre, Johnny Fiasco and Honey Dijon. In 2008, House of Stank joined the Dust Traxx Chicago family, and over the next two years, released the heavy-hitting house anthems, “Make U Jack,” and “Get Up, Yeah!”; both releases featured remixes by Hijack, Stupid Fresh, Ron Carroll and Santiago & Bushido.

Remixing for artists such as Larry Tee, Gameboy / Gamegirl and Angel Alanis, the duo have steadily been making their mark in the industry and amassing house-heads across the states with their infectious dj sets, including the PS1 Warm-Up 2009 series with the originators of acid house. House of Stank will also be featured live on Ultra Music Festival Radio on Sirus in the Fall of 2009.

Nate Day’s Fall 2009 Mix

Birthed by Philadelphia drum and bass crew Substitution Nate Day has shared stages with powerhouse drum and bass acts including Goldie, DJ Marky, DJ Zinc, SS and J Majik. Leaving Philadelphia for Los Angeles in 2008, Nate quickly made a name for himself by playing all over the LA circuit including DJ AM and Steve Aoki’s Banana Split and The Do Over. This year has already brought him an East Coast tour and his first Euro gigs. 2009 is proving to be a break out year. Nate’s production is already being played by the likes of Thee Mike B, and Fools Gold artist Sammy Bananas as well as being featured on mixes by DJ Fashen and Mr. White. Most recently Nate has been remixing for Iceland’s Steed Lord, as well as working with long time friends and fellow drum and bass veterans, Mental Sharp. As a promoter Nate’s “Loose” parties gained attention by having artsists like Diplo, The Cool Kids, Tittsworth, LA Riots and the Gaslamp Killer play in some of the most intimate and underground spots in LA.
