GIRL UNIT MIX 2010

New mix from Night Slugs‘ GIRL UNIT. Past mixes have been nothing short of amazing and this one’s no exception. He seamlessly blends deep and melodic variations of juke, RnB, hip hop instrumentals, South African house, ballroom, kuduro, grime, footwork, UK Funky, baltimore, and crossover mutations of just about all the preceding. His track IRL, described by Bok Bok as “rat alert meets juke @ 135″, has been garnering some well deserved hype and is set to drop sometime over the next few months. He’s also got a couple of forthcoming remixes for Palms Out, one of which finds it’s way into just about every set I’ve thrown down lately, so keep watch!
