Dylan fans will be pleased to hear that the fine people at Columbia Records recently announced the release of a fifty-one track Bob Dylan Greatest Hits compilation, expected to hit stores later on this year.

One of the more interesting tracks on the comp is a remake of “You’ll Go Your Way (And I’ll Go Mine)” off Blonde on Blonde. DJ Mark Ronson orchestrated the mix, and it features instrumentation by our good buddies the Dap-Kings from Daptone Records.

“It’s the first time Bob Dylan’s given anyone the original multi-tracks of his songs to do remixes,” the producer explained. “I’m a huge Dylan fan, so it’s a great honor, and the fact that he heard it and approved it, as you imagine he’d be quite picky.”
